Welcome to Save Paisa. By using our website and mobile application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Save Paisa is a productivity tool designed to help users manage Rotating Savings and Credit Associations (ROSCAs).

2. Service Nature (Non-Financial)

CRITICAL: Save Paisa is strictly a record-keeping platform.
  • No Money Holding: We DO NOT hold, process, transfer, or insure any funds.
  • Offline Transactions: All financial transactions occur directly between members outside of the app.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the money you lend or borrow within your committee. Save Paisa is not liable for any financial loss, fraud, or disputes between members.

3. Accounts & Content

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to upload any illegal or harmful content (e.g., fake payment proofs).

4. Advertising

Our Service may contain advertisements served by third parties (e.g., Google AdMob). These ads are necessary to support the free version of our app.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, specifically if you use the platform for fraudulent activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

Save Paisa and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any financial dealings with other users.
