Save Paisa ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Save Paisa mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

Important Disclaimer: Save Paisa is a record-keeping and management tool for Rotating Savings and Credit Associations (ROSCAs). We DO NOT process, hold, or transfer real money. All financial transactions recorded in the app are handled offline or via third-party payment methods directly between users.

2. Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information to provide and improve our Service:

  • Personal Data: Name, Phone number, and Email address (for account creation and communication).
  • Financial Records: Data you voluntarily enter regarding committee payments (amounts, dates, status).
  • Images/Files: We request access to your device's Camera and Storage to allow you to upload payment proof screenshots. These images are stored securely and only shown to the committee organizer.

3. Advertising (AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in our app. AdMob may use cookies and identifiers (such as your Advertising ID) to serve personalized ads based on your interests.

  • AdMob may collect data to measure ad performance and prevent fraud.
  • You can manage your ad preferences in your device settings or via Google's Ad Policy.

4. Use of Data

Orchid Tech uses the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide the committee management service
  • To notify you about payment reminders and committee updates
  • To provide customer support
  • To monitor the usage of the Service

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to provide the Service. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and data at any time via the "Delete Account" option in the App Settings or by contacting us.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data but cannot guarantee its absolute security.
